The Program

This program is an exploration of the inner architecture of the mind, a journey whose purpose is to provide practical tools that support daily life, allowing the mind to become clear, steady, and luminous.
Drawing upon the psycho-mental wisdom of spiritual traditions, we gradually come to understand how perception, emotion, and energy shape each person’s inner landscape. We study the map of the inner world, not as a theoretical concept, but as a living process that directly influences clarity, stability, and awareness.
Open to women, the program guides participants through practices of awareness and concentration, energetic techniques, an understanding of the psychology of the energy centers and the five elements, and the nature of the human mind.
We explore the relationship between the microcosm and the macrocosm, examining how the inner world shapes the outer one.
This program is for women who are ready to cultivate greater clarity, purity of thought, discernment, virtue, and inner stability.

Prerequisities
In this tradition, there is very little required preparation or prior study. The teachings unfold organically, in the moment, in living relationship with the women in the circle and with the field we create together. This is the way my own teachers transmitted wisdom — alive, responsive, and arising through presence.
