Silēntruth Thérapeutics is an embodied, therapeutic art rooted in the wisdom of the body, deep listening, experiential anatomy, and therapeutic presence. The Silēntruth Thérapeutics training offers a comprehensive immersion into the practice, methodology, and pedagogy of this healing modality. You will develop a confident personal practice, understand the body’s function through experiential anatomy, and learn to use embodied awareness and subtle energetic techniques that support healing and inner transformation. Upon completion, you will be able to guide individuals or small groups through an authentic therapeutic practice that truly transforms — a practice that reconnects body, mind, emotion, and inner wisdom, opening the path toward deep, genuine embodied presence.
Fundamental therapeutic postures — You learn the essence and function of the core postures that create space along the body’s central axis.
Purpose of each posture — You understand what each posture releases, which tension patterns it transforms, and how it supports the nervous system.
Practice structuring — You learn to design personal practice, group sessions, and private therapeutic sessions with clarity and intention.
Supportive positioning — You practice adapting each posture to different bodies so that deep release becomes accessible.
Alignment for release — You learn how precise alignment allows the muscles to soften and the body to reclaim its internal space.
Integration with other modalities — You discover how the practice weaves harmoniously with somatics, embodiment, and subtle energetic techniques.
Therapeutic communication — You cultivate the art of guiding with softness and helping women recognize the value of slowing down.
Deeper purpose of the practice — You deepen into the wisdom of embodied presence and how the practice opens the path toward inner truth.
This Continuing Education specialization Teacher training course is open to:
- Certified Yoga Teachers with minimum 300hr TTC
- Practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge.
Long time practitioners who wish to attend the course can do so, but they will not be certified as long as they do not fulfil the above requirements.
Courses require dedication to one’s transformation and evolution, so it’s important to be open and curious!

This certification is not a Teacher Training on how to teach the context of the study courses included as this need time & specific training. Although if you are a teacher then you will develop more your skills as long as you develop & transform yourself form with in. This counts as a continuing education credits.
