Crystal Mind is an exploration of the inner architecture of consciousness — a precise, contemplative journey where the mind becomes clear, steady, and luminous. Rooted in Yogic and Ancient Hellenic Psychology, this program reveals how perception, emotion, and subtle energy shape the mental landscape. You study the classical map of the inner world — not as theory, but as living processes that influence clarity, stability, and awareness.
Open only to women Crystal Mind deepens the study of the mental body: mindfulness, awareness, focus, mental & emotional habits, memory, the sense of “I”, turning inward, subconscious etc.
Drawing from Tantric wisdom and Ancient Hellenic Wisdom Philosophy, Crystal Mind explores the relationship between microcosm and macrocosm — how the inner world quietly determines the outer one.

Prerequisities
In this tradition, there is very little required preparation or prior study. The teachings unfold organically, in the moment, in living relationship with the women in the circle and with the field we create together. This is the way my own teachers transmitted wisdom — alive, responsive, and arising through presence.
