Mindfulness, or otherwise the expansion of awareness, can also be defined as MINDFULNESS. It is the art of moving from UN‑consciousness to IN‑consciousness. It is an easily accessible and applicable way of living — a practice that can be woven into daily life without needing to create extra time for it, at least in the early stages.

By cultivating awareness, we gain access to our inner wisdom, which helps us grow in a more balanced and grounded way. Mindfulness is a specific way of paying attention to each moment. It involves the intentional exploration of our attention so that we can come into contact with all our senses and with everything that is happening in our inner and outer world.

The Senses Mindfulness course is created and inspired by the work of various authors and researchers such as Mark Williams, Danny Penman, Jon Kabat‑Zinn, as well as my own experience over years of practice and teaching.
